Building management system (BMS)
There are already many different systems in modern buildings. They all need to be managed. Building automation systems (BMS) can integrate almost all types of low-current systems and electrical components, but the efforts of design engineers are usually focused on centralized control of heating, cooling and lighting systems due to the fact that they are the largest consumers of electricity. All connected systems are controlled by centralized software installed on a host computer. As a result, energy wasting is eliminated throughout the building.
